What is MTCF?
"MTCF is a grand union of revolutionary patriots demanding the 'Right to Universal Free Education and Healthcare' from the Government of India. Our resolve is to ensure that no life is lost due to a lack of funds and no brilliant mind is hindered by financial constraints. We are building an India where healing and knowledge are equal rights for all."
MTCF’s Two Primary Demands: Justice and Rights
1. Revolutionary Amendment to the Right to Education (RTE)
"Education is not a business; it is every child’s birthright."
The current mandate for free and compulsory education (Classes 1 to 8) must be extended up to Graduation. Furthermore, all complex conditions should be removed to implement 'Uniform and Compulsory Education' for every child in the country, eliminating the divide between the rich and the poor.
2. Universal Health Coverage
"Healthy citizens are the true capital of a powerful nation."
All existing limitations under the Ayushman Yojana (such as family size limits or specific ration card requirements) must be abolished. Free medical treatment up to ₹5 Lakhs should be guaranteed for every Indian citizen, ensuring that no one loses their life due to poverty.
